Things we provide:

3 bedrooms, 1 bath with shower
- There is a full kitchen with all cooking and eating utensils. Includes gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, laundry facilities and central air conditioning.
- We supply coffee maker, toaster, bed linens and blankets.

Also provided are charcoal grill (you supply charcoal), fire pit, picnic table, use of 12' aluminum rowboat (oars, anchor and life preservers included - sorry no motors are available), color TV with DVD player and a kid-friendly pool table.
Things you need to bring:

1. You supply your own towels . (Bath and hand towels, and dish drying towels.)

2. You supply personal items such as toothpaste, shampoo, bath soap, etc.

3. You supply own food for preparation in kitchen. Please bring a cooler to remove leftover items, as our cleaning staff is required to empty the refrigerator.
Sorry, no pets. For all our guests' health we insist on maintaining our entire property as a smoke-free environment. If you need assistance in finding a smoker tolerant facility we will be happy to direct you to those accommodations.
